Conditions for using ZimXVault disclosures and transparency pages.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing ZimXVault, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Context and Labeling
ZimXVault is a transparency portal that uses explicit environment labels including DEMO, LIVE, and PLANNED. You must interpret each page, dataset, and disclosure in accordance with the status shown in the interface.
3. Data Status and Metric Reliability
Displayed metrics, tables, and dashboards may be illustrative while telemetry pipelines, attestations, or custody integrations are still being connected. Only content clearly marked LIVE should be treated as production-state publication.
4. No Financial Advice
All materials are provided for informational and transparency purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may reference public disclosures with accurate attribution. You must not misstate DEMO or PLANNED content as verified live records, or use the site in a way that harms availability, integrity, or security.
6. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or retire any feature, route, metric, or publication workflow without notice, especially during rollout phases between DEMO and LIVE states.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZimXVault and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of or reliance on the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
