This Privacy Policy applies to ZimXVault, a demo-first transparency portal operated by Blackmass Enterprises Ltd (company number 16124799), trading as ZimX Finance. It explains how we handle technical and usage data when you browse public disclosure content.
2. Data We Collect
ZimXVault does not require account creation to view public pages. We may process technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type/version, device metadata, requested routes, referrer, and basic performance/error logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. Forms and Direct Submissions
Where no form is present on a page, we do not collect direct profile data from you through that route. If a future form is added, the specific fields collected will be listed next to that form and this policy will be updated accordingly.
4. Why We Use Data
We use data to deliver pages, monitor uptime and performance, protect the platform, and improve disclosure usability. We do not use ZimXVault browsing data to provide personal financial recommendations.
5. Processors and Third Parties
Infrastructure hosting and deployment are provided through Vercel. We only use additional providers where operationally necessary; for example, Brevo would only be used on routes where email collection is explicitly implemented.
6. Retention and Security
Logs and diagnostics are retained only for as long as reasonably required for security, reliability, and compliance. We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to a demo-first publication environment.
7. Your Rights and Contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, or request portability of personal data. Contact us at privacy@zimx.finance or legal@zimx.finance for privacy requests.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy as ZimXVault transitions from demo components to live integrations. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
